On the day, you will be able to participate in various exercises suitable for the whole family to enjoy at each of our locations.

I am aware that I, or anyone else, registered under my name will be participating in some type of exercise, and confirm I and the others registered under my name are healthy with no known medical conditions that would restrict me/us from taking part.
CRC Cares will not be held liable for any loss of property, damage, or injury by taking part in this event. Participation is entirely at free will.
Parents/Carers are responsible for their children during the course of the day.
I consent to basic First Aid being administered in the event of an emergency.
